Bandwidth
Reserve as much bandwidth as your high-volume site needs. Optional burstable bandwidth allows you to go over your reserved bandwidth allocation, so visitors to your site won’t be shut out as traffic increases. Our redundant bandwidth and backbone structure prevents any outages. Bandwidth usage reports are included with your dedicated service. Burstable bandwidth is monitored by NetFlow.
Power
XIBI Group’s redundant power supply configurationensures you and your data will never be cut off. Electrical power comes into the XIBI Group Datacenter
from two separate power grids. In the extremely unlikely event that both fail simultaneously, high-end Uninterruptible Power Supply systems keep your server and our other systems running without missing a beat. On-location redundant diesel generators take over for the power grids in case of an extended outage. We have trucks on-call at all times to refuel the diesel generators so that they can be used indefinitely. Because of this level of redundancy, your server will always have power, as will our electronic security and
climate control systems and network equipment.
Monitoring
Non-stop monitoring is included with every dedicated and managed service plan. We will notify you of any
failures immediately by e-mail. Basic service includes
monitoring of the network and server to ensure service
level agreements are met, and monitoring.
Protection
A climate control system from Liebert keeps the
equipment in the datacenter cool at all times. The XIBI
Group Datacenter is equipped with an FM-200-based
fire suppression system. It operates by discharging a
gas onto any burning material that absorbs large
amounts of heat from the surface of the burning material, bringing its temperature below the ignition point. It reacts instantly to minimize any possible damagdamage.damage.
Physical Security
Entry to our datacenter requires two forms of authorization. First, an authorized employee must swipe an access card through a scanner. The next part of the
authorization process is a fingerprint scan, which
ensures no one can get in with a stolen card. Only a small number of employees are authorized to enter the
datacenter. All activity in the datacenters and our corporate office is monitored by closed circuit cameras.
